In the unlikely event of a quality or deadline issue, Padtech follows ISO 9001 standards for non-conforming incidents. Our Non-Conformance Reporting process is designed to find the root cause and point of responsibility of any problem that should arise, correct that problem, and put systems in place to prevent that problem in the future.

In the event that Padtech is responsible for any non-conformance, we offer full replacement, rework, or refund of non-conforming parts, depending on which option will best serve customer needs in each case.
